Three and a half decades ago, Paul came to Clearwater for the Phillies spring training & couldn't find an authentic Cheesesteak. Paul decided the Clearwater/ Largo area deserved the real thing — not an imitation, not a shortcut. That decision stuck, and so did we.
The Roll Makes the Sandwich
We were the first restaurant to import authentic Amoroso rolls straight from Philadelphia — because the bread isn't a detail, it's the foundation. Thinly shaved steak, Carmelized Onions, White American, Cooper Sharp, Provolone or Cheez Whiz, grilled to order: Philly natives actually approve.
